Just to clarify the Kindle does have a highlight feature, you use the navigation wheel (kind of like a Blackberry) to select text and it saves it.  You then can go back and review just your highlighted text. But healthy!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I can sympathise that trying to not eat sugar is more mental than physical. I feel the same way, when someone puts some chocolate in front of me.
