Just got finishes watching "Keep Your Car Looking New for Pennies A Day" DVD. This is a video by an expert car detailer (Gary Kouba) in the Chicago area. It is not a high end professional production, but the production quality wasn't bad.
The audio was clear and lighting was adequate. Gary provided some great tips and do's and don't s about detailing your car. Did you know you shouldn't dry it with bath towels?
I wish he had used name brands instead of generic names when referring to different cleaners. He mentioned that he liked to use a water based instead of solvent based dressing on the tires. Okay is that Armor All or what. However, at the end of the day it was well worth the $25. Next time I'm detailing I think I'll feel a lot better about what I'm doing. $25 is nothing compared to the time and money (especially if you scratched or damaged the paint on your car).
Good value - I give it four stars!
